Communication
Excellent communication skills as evidenced in my College Credit Plus Public Speaking Class and speaking to local Kiwanis, Optimists and Rotary clubs and local news media in planning community events like our Aware Fair.
Leadership
Demonstrated leadership skills serving as Treasurer for local FBLA chapter for two years and serving on Allen Lima Leadership Council.
Teamwork
Teamwork to reach goals on the basketball court and soccer field as well as FBLA, Student Council and Honor Society events and activities like American Office FBLA Warriors, battle of the classes, and Community Christmas project.
Problem Solving
Problem solving through my work as a peer mentor to solve community problems alongside business mentors. I worked with my team to plan an Aware Fair for our 2 high schools in Delphos that featured over 30 exhibitors, speakers, games and activities over spiritual, social, emotional, and physical health topics most important to teens.
Adaptability
From school to sports and to my two jobs, clubs, volunteer work, and helping to run 4 flash businesses over the course of the last year, I demonstrate my ability to adapt to any situation and do whatever needs done to accomplish the goal.
